Please ensure you thoroughly check your Scout Store order upon receipt, checking the Delivery Note included with the goods to ensure all items are present. If an item is marked 'to follow', you will receive this in a separate order.
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact our customer service team using customer.services@scoutshops.com or via the Live Chat. Please provide your order number and indicate which item is missing so our customer service team can promptly resolve the error for you.
