UK Delivery Tracking Information

UK parcels are delivered by DHL Couriers on a standard delivery of 3-5 working days.

Once your order has been collected from our warehouse and scanned into the DHL depot, you will receive notification from DHL which will include a tracking reference. This can be used to monitor the delivery status of your order.

To track your parcel, please visit https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk\ and select the 'customer reference' option. Your customer reference is the order number, beginning either 'SSL', 'WHL' or 'SO', please ensure to include these letters in front of the number without a space in between. Please select the "Date From" as the date you placed your order and the "Date To" will be the current date. If this does not work please remove the reference details and enter your Post Code in to the relevant box.

Click on 'Find Your Parcel' and this will then bring up details of your parcel and any information associated to it.
