Overseas freights and deliveries are under huge pressure at the moment due to some countries controlling importations and tightening their customs procedures. Ongoing changes could heavily impact our global deliveries, so we are working hard with our partners in international transport to monitor the situation each day and ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible.

We regret that due to issues with customs charges in Argentina and Brazil we are currently unable to despatch to these countries. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. Important Europe and Northern Ireland Delivery Update

What has changed?
Due to product legislation changes, we have made the decision to temporarily reduce the number of products that can be shipped to Europe and Northern Ireland.

Why has this happened?
The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requires additional documentation and administrative checks for all products shipped to the EU or Northern Ireland. Non compliance can result in products being rejected at the border or lead to legal consequences. Because of these requirements, we have had to prioritise completing documentation for official Scouting products first.

What products does it impact?
Non-key Scouting items. All standard Scouting badges, uniform, accessories and resources remain unaffected and can be shipped worldwide.
The delivery message on all product pages states if the item can’t be shipped to EU and NI at this time.

How will things change in future?
As we start to understand the impact of these changes, we hope to reduce the number products impacted by this.
