Pre-Order Items/Ranges

Any items listed as being a 'Pre-order' item or displaying the 'Pre-order' banner, will not be despatched upon purchase and will instead be received at a later date. If there are other products on your order, these will be despatched as normal with the Pre-order items to follow.

These items are normally either special products or Event items. 

On the item overview, there should be further information regarding when you can expect to receive your goods. Please note that your items will automatically be processed and despatched from our warehouse, as soon as the stock is received from the supplier.

Whichever delivery method you pay for, will be applied to the despatch once the stock is received.
