If you are still waiting for an exchange/refund on the item(s) you have returned after 14 working days, it may be included in our unidentified returns.
Sometimes, returned goods do not have the completed information/form that we require to process the return.
Please contact us at customer.services@scouts.org.uk and provide us with the following information:
- Your sales order number
- A list of the items returned
- Detail of the packaging your returned your item(s) in
- An image of the proof of postage receipt, as requested during the returns process
This will eliminate any delays in investigating your enquiry.
Please be advised that refunds can take 5-7 working days from the date that your return is processed to appear in your account depending on your banks processing times.
