If you receive a faulty personalised item, the quality is not as expected or the items delivered are wrong, then you can request a refund or a repeat of your order. Please contact customer.services@scoutshops.com attaching photos and detailing the error or fault, for our review.
The responsibility will fall with the person ordering to ensure there are no typing errors or incorrect details submitted with the order.
