If you have created a Scouts Store account and are having difficulty signing in, please first make sure you are using the correct login details.
If you cannot remember your password, simply select the “Forgot my Password” option on the Sign In page and enter your account email address. You will be emailed a temporary link that will enable you to access your account and change your password. Please ensure you check your spam/junk mail.

I am trying to find my wholesale account, to no avail. Please can somebody phone me to sort it out again. I have a large order, and even when I put my scout membership number in, and badge Secretary, I still end up with a retail account!!! I have had enough. I am not the only Badge Secretary who has had trouble since you changed everything either.
