If an item is showing a 'Cannot buy' message, it is likely that the item is restricted.
In order to purchase restricted items, please ensure you've created a Scout Store account and you've inputted your membership number in the 'Scout ID' box (go to Account Details / Scouting Info / Scout ID). Your membership number can be obtained from your Contingency Leader or found on your Compass page.
The Sign-in button is located at the top righthand corner of the webpage - it's a little icon next to the basket which resembles a person.
Once you've created an account and signed in you should be able to purchase restricted items you require.
