Unfortunately we're unable to apply discount codes retrospectively to orders once they have been submitted. If you've not applied a promotional code to your order, please feel free to use it on your next order with us (note: code may have an expiry date)
Please be advised once an order has been placed we are also unable to make any amendments, additions or cancellations as orders are automatically processed through the system.
Discount codes & how to use them
If there is a technical issue, e.g. you have inputted the code and it doesn't work, please let us know before completing your order, on customer.services@scouts.org.uk so we can investigate and rectify this as quickly as possible.
