How Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as all orders are automatically processed through the system in preparation for despatch.

Upon delivery, if any items are unsuitable, please use the following link to our free returns form (via Royal Mail) - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3222 Please see our returns section for more information. 

Please note that personalised items are not eligible to be returned. We do not accept cancellations of bespoke products due to orders being automatically processed in production, however if you wish to request a cancellation of an order for personalised group clothing, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will need to check at which point in production your order is in and will confirm with you that we are able to cancel your order.
