Wrong items sent

Twice now I have paid for next day delivery and both times the wrong item was sent..... My emails go unanswered. Does anyone have a telephone number for a manager I can speak to please? Thank you.

  Same here. Order made, wrong stuff sent, no response to mails or from the bot. What to do?
